The registration fee includes the lecture programme and live scanning on 11 December, hands-on training on 12 December, access to the industry exhibition, coffee breaks and lunch, and a certificate of attendance.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

Partner of the Conference - INFINITY EVENTS SIA sends customers invoices according to the bookings made during registration. By accepting these terms, the customer agrees to purchase the services of their choice at the agreed-upon price, as stated in the booking.

Payment

• Full payment of fees is required prior to the Meeting. Payment can be made by bank transfer only
• After the registration you will receive an invoice
• Invoice number should be used as the reference and the payment processed within 5 calendar days
• Do not process the payment without receiving an invoice beforehand
• If the registration is done, but you do not receive any email, look in junk/spam folders

Cancellations received up to 11 November 2026 are eligible to a cancellation fee 20.00 EUR
Cancellations received from 12 November 2026 will not be refunded.
